Learn about transitional and supported employment opportunities for Clubhouse members.

Transitional Employment Placements are competitive, with above average wage and part time that interested members of Crossroads may serve.  These positions, and the security of the Clubhouse involvement, allow members to work in the competitive position while developing skills and stamina that is necessary for other employment objectives.  Crossroads supports a working relationship with Michigan Job Works, sheltered employment and other Rehabilitation Services that assist members in receiving services for other employment opportunities.  Crossroads provides support and encouragement through its supported employment program, it's employment committee and celebrations of success.
