Crossroads Clubhouse is psychosocial rehabilitation program comprised of three very distinct service components. The primary component is the psychosocial rehabilitation programming focused on a meaningful "work ordered day". During this portion of the day, beginning at 9AM and ending at 4PM, members and staff work together to complete all tasks necessary to the operations of the Clubhouse itself, including: maintenance, clerical, member services, kitchen/snack bar, Environmental support, Competency Building and Symptoms Identification. Additionally, Crossroads offers support to members as their needs and life goals evolve, such as: vocational rehabilitation, employment opportunities, support in housing, education and wellness, case management, social and recreational programs, advocacy and crisis response services.
